• Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations to help clients achieve their objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions and support.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in client service.

• Minimum of one year of sales experience in a client-centric environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on personal banking and financial solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in a financial center or similar environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and experience with laptop technology.
• Knowledge of financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
