Job Description Summary
GE Healthcare China's Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is designed to create a pipeline of future commercial leaders who possess the skills necessary to succeed in sales or other commercial roles. The program focuses on strategic campus recruitment, rotational assignments, and robust program management to build a solid GE DNA and leadership foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer meaningful assignments in different commercial roles, covering various products, regions, and customers in China.
- Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, KOLs, and experts under different sales scenarios.
- Follow internal policy and GE compliance standards.
- Frequent business travel is required.
Qualifications Required:
- Fresh bachelor's or master's graduates, preferably in medical-related majors.
- Passionate about sales careers, willing to take challenge roles, and work under pressure.
- Geographic mobility across China, with a willingness to travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good team player attitude.
- Demonstrate GE values and leadership potential.
- Fluent in English.
