Job Overview

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our strategic initiatives. This full-time position is based in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, providing management and oversight for the contract, and project management support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing work plans, reports, and quality checks to ensure continuous improvement
  • Overseeing the deployment of all program criterion and interacting with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Technical Leadership, and Senior Leadership
  • Managing program financials, employee reviews, customer relationships, quality management, staffing, and team building
  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional services and assisting in developing management plans, procedures, and methodology
  • Conducting onsite weekly/monthly meetings with COR and government leadership to promote teamwork and cooperation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of eight (8) years of program management experience
  • PMP/PMI certification
  • Active Security Clearance
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a closely related field

Desirable Qualifications:

Candidates with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as quality certifications (ITIL, etc.), will be highly regarded.
