Job Description

Corner Alliance is a dynamic consulting firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results for the government. We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead our Federal government client's high-priority initiative enhancing national infrastructure security and resilience.

This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills to ensure all program tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Develop and maintain project management plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and oversight to project staff, ensuring all project objectives are met with high quality.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of required deliverables, including status reports, financial reports, and other program documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable guidelines, policies, and standards across all program activities.
  • Manage stakeholder engagements, coordinating meetings, briefings, and other activities to support program goals.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of program management experience, preferably within a government or infrastructure-focused environment.
  • Experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise in program management.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and high levels of visibility.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior government officials and other key stakeholders.
  • An active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in managing programs related to infrastructure security or national security.
  • Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance standards.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
