Associate Director, Patient Access Management

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Patient Access team in supporting AbbVie's Immunology Franchise co-pay assistance programs. The successful candidate will ensure that our call center and internal hub teams are equipped to handle complex patient inquiries and provide exceptional support to patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of co-pay assistance programs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead project management efforts to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare, business)
- At least 8 years of experience in call center or hub operations
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
