Job Title: Quality Improvement Manager

Neighborcare Health is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Manager to lead our team in advancing value-based payment and population health priorities. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing quality improvement activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of quality improvement specialists to advance quality priorities
  • Oversee and monitor managed care organization data management, including performance tracking and data analysis
  • Manage grant and sponsored partnership programs tied to quality improvement priorities
  • Coordinate and perform quality improvement activities for quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of data to assess gaps in and barriers to patient care
  • Manage and complete certification program reporting
  • Coordinate program/clinic-based quality performance tracking and facilitate quality improvement-related process redesign
  • Develop care team training materials and lead or coordinate trainings as appropriate
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external partners to support population health initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of related experience in quality, performance improvement, or related field in healthcare
  • Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills, with ability to synthesize information from multiple data sources
  • Familiarity with HEDIS data sets, HRSA UDS, and population health principles
  • Expertise with continuous quality improvement, process mapping, root cause analysis, and developing standard workflows
  • Strong proficiency in QI principles, such as Model for Improvement, PDSA, and/or Lean, etc.
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Comprehension of value-based care and population health concepts, and experience in Medicaid/Medicare Managed Care
  • Ability to provide training and education to staff at all levels
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including facilitating conversations and presenting
  • Knowledge of ambulatory electronic health records, preferably with Epic
  • Utilization of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Proficient in using advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization tools (charts/graphs)
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively utilize or quickly learn various population health and clinical data report platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Community Health environments
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is a minimum $85,633.60/salary up to $119,995.20/salary maximum. Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
