Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance procedures and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and complaints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
