Salary Range: $18 - $20 per hour (based on location and experience)

Job Summary:

This role involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment, where you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels to ensure accurate reporting. Additional duties include various store and stockroom activities, maintenance of inventory through proper processing of material receipts, transfers, and issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate discrepancies on Pick Tickets and correct issues.
  2. Adjust out Damaged products /ship out damaged products per client request.
  3. Complete any additional tasks and duties assigned.
  4. Reports discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision - publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics.
  5. Conducts searches to locate misclassified inventory.
  6. Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed.
  7. Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommend process improvements to eliminate them.
  8. Ensure materials are in proper locations.
Requirements:
  1. Be able to do basic math functions and use a calculator.
  2. Strong warehouse experience.
  3. Demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving.
  4. High level of energy and drive to work with a team.
  5. Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to work with different personalities.
  6. Maintain neat, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
  7. Ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
  9. Ensure proper and full-time use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  10. Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  11. Operate any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
  12. Assist in maintaining the sanitation, security, and safety of the warehouse.
  13. Experience using a scan gun.
