Job Summary:

The Maintenance Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities performed by assigned staff. This individual will work closely with the facilities management team to identify problems with systems or equipment and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Routinely inspect facility to identify potential problems with systems or equipment
  • Supervise and schedule staff in one or more disciplines within the Foreman, Management, Healthcare
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate with stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
