Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our growing team and maintain efficient office operations. Estimated salary for this role is $60,000 per year.

This full-time position involves managing sample product orders, organizing office supplies, handling basic administrative tasks, and assisting with shipping and tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Organization & Inventory Management:
    • Organize office supplies, maintain stock levels, and keep the space clean and clutter-free.
    • Set up and manage a system to log, label, and track samples.
  • Sample & Order Management:
    • Oversee online sample orders, ensuring products are processed, tracked, and delivered on time.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinating with the team to keep stock levels updated.
  • Shipping & Logistics Support:
    • Package and ship samples and office supplies using various courier services.
    • Manage shipping details, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations, and handle last-minute shipping needs when necessary.
  • Administrative & Team Support:
    • Assist with office tasks, including data entry, filing, and general organization.
    • Support team members with small administrative requests as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Previous office experience is a plus but not required.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in handling last-minute tasks.
