This role involves critical responsibilities in managing the intake process within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The successful candidate will ensure efficient processing of applications and documentation while adhering to established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough reviews of incoming applications and related materials.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support the intake process.
3. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
2. A minimum of one year of full-time experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative support roles is necessary. Relevant college coursework may substitute for experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to obtain certification for the Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (TLETS) training within six months of employment.
- Maintain eligibility for TLETS access throughout employment.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
