Salary

">$85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job Description

This role involves planning, coordinating and directing the daily activities of the field service team to ensure efficient and effective completion of assigned tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a crew of technicians and ensuring that all work is performed safely and in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

The Service Operations Coordinator will also be required to:

  • To oversee the operation of equipment and vehicles, and to ensure that all maintenance and repair activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner;
  • To manage and coordinate resources to meet deadlines and achieve operational targets;
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, and to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • To develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • To communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.



Required Skills and Qualifications

">- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field;
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances;
- Proficient in MS Office and other software applications relevant to the role.
