Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
    • Monitor and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in the service area.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and timely manner.
    • Monitor and maintain a high level of food quality and presentation.
  • Operations
    • Assist with the management of restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
    • Monitor and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the service area.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    • Knowledge of food safety and quality procedures.
