Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with employers to drive new business opportunities.
- Meet performance benchmarks and generate regular reports on outcomes.
- Network and build connections within targeted industries.
- Implement strategies for lead generation.
- Plan business development activities to meet contract objectives.
- Organize recruitment events in collaboration with businesses.
- Utilize Salesforce and Dynamics for tracking information.
- Complete business development plans effectively.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is required; post-secondary education is highly valued.
- 1-3 years of proven success in business development outreach or B2B sales.
- Experience in high-volume cold calling to businesses.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
