Job Summary

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a key member of the Oak View Group team, responsible for overseeing the serving of guests in the venue dining areas and concessions functions. This role requires a personable and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide event support for Food and Beverage operations during high-volume shows, ensuring client satisfaction and quality control standards.
  • Supervise and direct hourly union Food and Beverage staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Manage inventory controls, ensuring the quality of food being served meets company standards.
  • Inspect food service facilities to ensure compliance with state, local health laws, and internal regulations.
  • Communicate with management regarding employee and customer issues.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position in Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
  • Food knowledge, including menu items, services provided, equipment required, and logistical knowledge.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a Union environment.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and analytical thinking skills.
  • Flexibility with scheduling and ability to respond quickly to internal and external issues.
