We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group. Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Proven business development and sales experience, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends.
  • Risk Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices, with the ability to analyze and mitigate potential risks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-specific software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, with relevant certifications or designations (e.g. CPCU, CIC).
