Child Care Program Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Program Manager to lead our early childhood education program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in accordance with YMCA guidelines and state licensing requirements.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff regularly, reviewing their effectiveness and recommending annual wage increases.
  • Work closely with the Child Care Director to implement program policies and make decisions on staff development.
Requirements
  • R.I. Certificate in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development.
  • Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification within two months of employment.
  • Ongoing education in early childhood development.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
