Sales and Business Development Executive

Job Summary:The Sales and Business Development Executive will contribute to the growth of our organization by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through construction and services sales. This dynamic role involves developing strong relationships with customers, building trust, and providing expert guidance on fire protection solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire sales leads for new work, including installations for fire alarm and detection, low voltage, clean agents, security, and other lines of services.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and design department, to ensure seamless delivery of fire protection services.
- Utilize accounting software to track costs, billing, and change orders.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 2 years relevant work experience in business development, fire life safety sales, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
