Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to join our team at BRU Burger Bar - Westerville. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Excellence: Prepare and portion ingredients according to our recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality and presentation standards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of our menu offerings and be able to explain dishes to customers, staying updated on menu changes and special promotions.
  • Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, properly labeling and storing prepared food items and ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and a dynamic kitchen environment.
