Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Business Service Officer II (Supervisory), the Office Services Supervisor III oversees the operations of the Records Imaging Services (RIS) team. This role encompasses a diverse range of specialized tasks within the Operational Resources Unit (ORU).

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent is accountable for ensuring the effective functioning of the RIS team, which includes:
  • Managing daily operations and workflow of the team.
  • Implementing best practices for records management and imaging services.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Assessment Process

Candidates will undergo an evaluation of their education, experience, abilities, and knowledge through an assessment process, which may include interviews or examinations.
