We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build long-term client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and provide dedicated account management to drive business growth.

Salary: The base pay for this position generally ranges from $47,800 to $94,900 per year, with the potential for additional incentive-based compensation.

Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with current and former clients to connect them with beneficial combinations of our solutions. You will use consultative sales techniques to provide dedicated account management while working on strategic sales.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Complete our 12-week paid sales training program that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Cultivate new opportunities and develop product solutions by consulting with former clients.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to support renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver product proposals and presentations to key decision-makers to close deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions, and fiber-connected networks.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • The ability to manage change and shifting priorities quickly.
