Spectrum Enterprise is a leading provider of modern enterprise technology solutions that meet the unique needs of some of the country's biggest brands. We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our business.
Salary: The base pay for this position generally ranges from $47,800 to $94,900 per year, with the potential for additional incentive-based compensation.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with current and former clients to connect them with beneficial combinations of our solutions.
- Using consultative sales techniques to provide dedicated account management while working on strategic sales.
- Completing our 12-week paid sales training program that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
- Cultivating new opportunities and developing product solutions by consulting with former clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Two or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven sales performer.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer networking, internet solutions, and fiber-connected networks.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
- The ability to manage change and shifting priorities quickly.
