About the Role

Sofo Foods is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team in Houston, TX. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to restaurant customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers to showcase our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or foodservice setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
