Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Triangle Fastn-Sal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and promoting our products to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
    • Nurture and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
    • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales data.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Associate degree in business administration or related field.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of prior experience in outside sales or related position.
    • 5+ years of prior experience in construction product sales preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong sales and marketing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills.
