- Provide market and competitive intelligence feedback to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure business objectives are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on commercial development and business strategy.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing and executing commercial strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
