Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). As a CVICU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including STEMI, LVAD implantation, cardiogenic shock, AAA, CABG, and valve disease.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiovascular care practices and technologies.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Minimum one year of experience in a CVICU or Cardiovascular PCU setting.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
