Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular ICU team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs
  • Create and implement individualized care plans to address patient goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to empower informed decision-making
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
  • Minimum one year of recent, full-time bedside Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU experience
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
