Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiovascular ICU department.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, prioritize patient needs, and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
  • Minimum one year of recent, full-time bedside Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU experience
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
