Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVICU

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) team in Texas.

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse in our CVICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with cardiovascular conditions. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying health issues and creating effective care plans
Prioritize patient and family needs, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery
Collaborate with colleagues and community members to create comprehensive care plans
Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly to ensure seamless care delivery
Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and issues

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
Minimum one year of recent, full-time bedside Cardiovascular ICU/CVICU experience (preferably two years)
Current and valid nursing license
BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
