">About the Role
">We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the Specialty Deposit Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and building relationships with our clients.
">Your duties will include assisting with the opening of new commercial accounts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. If you're a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

- Prepare and process new account applications, including collection of required documents and information from clients.">
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.">

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.">
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry developments, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.">
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the achievement of departmental objectives.">
Requirements

- A high school diploma or equivalent education with three years of customer service experience, or an Associate's degree in a related field with two years of customer service experience.">
- Familiarity with the new account opening process and commercial account structures.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.">
- Basic math skills and proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.">
- Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.">
Compensation and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $33.00/Hr., with potential for higher compensation based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
