Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager

Lindsay Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Automotive Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed established sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, setting clear sales targets and motivating team members.
  • Hire, train, and develop new talent for success.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to establish promotional activities and events.
  • Manage the inventory of vehicles and ensure vehicles are in good condition for sale.
  • Handle customer complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the daily activities of the car sales department.
  • Make sure all leads are being properly followed up.
  • Assist individual sales consultants to close sales when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of current automotive market trends and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
