Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, features, and pricing.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
