Orthopedic Hospital Nursing Leadership Position

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis leadership role will oversee hospital operations in the absence of Administration, with a focus on delivering safe patient care and ensuring the provision of optimum services. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years management and critical care experience, as well as BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, personnel, and other hospital staff. They will also be responsible for facilitating educational projects, developing policies and procedures, and recommending staffing levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications- BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 5 years management and critical care experience
- Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse Diploma must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
