Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Knewsales Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with clients to identify sales opportunities and close deals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
