Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Knewsales Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership, coaching, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve sales performance and skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales targets and hours are met
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales management experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge
  • Confident demeanor and resilient

This job is a full-time position with a guaranteed base salary of $55K plus uncapped commissions on approved sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of direct sales management experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
