Job Title: Sales Manager

Paramount is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our media platforms, including television, digital, and streaming services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead a team of account executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients, agencies, and local businesses.
  • Collaborate with other departments to build integrated sales campaigns that demonstrate the full range of Paramount's media assets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in media sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Strong understanding of local television linear and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
