REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements: 1. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in residential treatment within the behavioral health or educational sector is essential. 2. Proven ability to cultivate, manage, and enhance relationships with clients is necessary. 3. Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively as part of a treatment team and establish professional rapport with colleagues. 4. A high level of proficiency in direct care responsibilities and the ability to provide guidance and training to direct care staff as required.
