The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to serving youth and families in the community, with a focus on providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

This part-time position offers flexible hours and a competitive weekly pay, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families
  • Developing and implementing service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model
  • Collaborating with community resources to provide support and services to youth and families

Requirements include:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage
