The ideal candidate will spearhead newer clientele and their teams, develop new marketing and sales strategies, and see them through to delivery and return on investment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging direct sales techniques to drive growth and success
  • Presenting product features and benefits to customers to meet their needs
  • Fundamental understanding of all products/services offered by our renowned clientele
  • Representing clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customer accounts
  • Reporting daily and weekly sales metrics to upper management
  • Identifying areas for improvement and devising coaching plans
  • Participating in daily meetings, conference calls, and client information training sessions

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A 2 or 4-year college degree, preferably in a business-related field
  • At least one year of experience working in a people-facing environment
  • Leadership skills to recognize and train successful team members
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and customers
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-through abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Versatility and comfort with multitasking and multiple tasks
  • Self-motivation to initiate actions that benefit all parties involved
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
