About the FP&A Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team in Vancouver, WA. As a critical partner to our leadership team, you will provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, driving process improvement and efficiency.
    • Support the budgeting process, developing budgets, tracking performance, and analyzing variances.
  • Value-Based Care Strategies:
    • Understand and analyze the financial implications of value-based care contracts and performance metrics, developing financial models to assess impact.
    • Work with clinical and operational teams to identify opportunities to improve financial performance under value-based care.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization:
    • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhancing data accuracy and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain strong internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Strategic Partnership and Communication:
    • Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans, providing financial guidance and support to business units.
    • Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.

Location and Compensation:

This is a hybrid flexible role based in Vancouver, WA, offering a competitive salary range of $125,000-$145,000.
