Position Overview:

As a Social Media Coordinator at Abuse Refuge Org, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engagement. Your expertise will guide our social media initiatives to effectively connect with our audience and promote our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough research on prevailing trends and audience preferences to inform our strategies.
  2. Develop and execute social media plans that align with our organizational objectives.
  3. Establish clear goals and metrics for social media performance.
  4. Create, edit, and disseminate compelling content on a daily basis, including original text, images, videos, and relevant news, in collaboration with external partners.
  5. Analyze SEO and web traffic data to optimize our online presence.
  6. Work closely with various teams to maintain brand consistency across all posts.
  7. Manage the visual aspects of our social media profiles, including cover images and layout, in partnership with the Graphic Design Department.
  8. Propose and implement innovative features to enhance brand visibility, such as contests and promotional activities.
  9. Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in social media and design tools.
  10. Utilize project management tools to ensure timely completion of tasks and campaigns.
  11. Respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
  12. Participate in weekly leadership meetings and team discussions.
  13. Foster strong relationships with team members to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.
  14. Maintain regular communication with the Social Media Manager regarding ongoing projects and updates.
