Job Title: Outside Sales Account Executive, Southeast

At Xplor, we're on a mission to help businesses thrive by providing innovative technology solutions. As an Outside Sales Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and success for our clients in the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners in the Southeast region
  • Work closely with our team to onboard new businesses and ensure seamless integration of our payment processing solutions
  • Manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to educate merchants and business owners on the benefits of our payment processing services
  • Maintain regular communication with your sales leadership to ensure alignment and goal achievement
  • Closing sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
  • Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Must exhibit a hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and a high sense of urgency
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals
