Role Summary

The Sales Representative at Royal Plus is tasked with executing a variety of sales functions aimed at enhancing the overall business volume from both established and prospective clients. The primary objective is to boost company growth and elevate customer satisfaction by focusing on sectors such as residential, municipal, healthcare, government, property management, and all commercial enterprises within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will:

  • Generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve or surpass established sales targets.
  • Enhance accountability to drive performance improvements.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of potential clients.
  • Utilize our reporting system to document sales outcomes.
  • Foster a self-motivated work environment.
  • Manage customer service responsibilities, reinforcing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and assess their sales methodologies.
  • Stay informed on industry developments through various resources including publications, technical meetings, and educational events.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and uphold high ethical standards while representing the company.
  • Assist in the overall growth of Royal Plus while embodying the company motto: "Being Positive is Contagious" and "Teamwork with Respect."
  • Travel as necessary to support client engagements.
  • Establish Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and compile essential information for first responders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proven experience in outside sales.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Motivated, organized, and positive individual.
  • Professional and personable demeanor.
  • Able to work at a desk and engage with computer screens for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Compensation Structure

The Sales Representative will receive an annual base salary, distributed weekly, subject to applicable withholdings. Additionally, commissions will be provided for each contract secured under this role, contingent upon specified conditions.
