Job Overview

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Warehouse Manager and/or Supervisors in all facets of warehouse functionality. This position involves leading the team, training and assessing warehouse personnel, and ensuring expertise and hands-on support in various warehouse operations as needed.

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will provide constructive feedback on team performance, assist in the recruitment of new candidates, direct the workflow of the assigned team, and offer guidance and support in specific areas of responsibility as designated by the Warehouse Manager.

This role reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and/or Supervisors, addressing any issues that arise within the warehouse concerning processes or personnel while upholding all policies, safety protocols, objectives, and the core values of CCBCC INC.

Duties & Responsibilities


Oversees and directs the daily operations of warehouse team members to ensure the safe and efficient execution of all related warehouse activities.


Ensures compliance with all relevant warehouse processes, including but not limited to the procedures for managing damaged product check-ins, while handling specific responsibilities assigned by the Warehouse Manager and/or Supervisors.

Trains and guides warehouse personnel, continuously evaluating processes for improvement.


Engages in communication with Warehouse Management and team members regarding identified process enhancements, personnel development, quality control, and inventory management.

Champions and exemplifies a culture of safety, striving for complete adherence to safety policies and procedures.


Motivates and leads a team to achieve results by effectively communicating company objectives, safety standards, and deadlines; engaging and developing team members through on-the-job coaching and training; implementing continuous improvement strategies while maintaining a customer-centric approach; and embodying the company’s purpose and values to inspire leadership.

Assists in the recruitment process and provides insights to management on performance management issues. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of all warehouse processes and systems.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • Skilled in organizing and coordinating efficient warehouse processes.
  • Adaptable to the varying needs of the role throughout the workday.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to distinguish between different packages.
  • Comfortable working in a noisy and non-climate controlled environment.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes initiative.
