    - Directing hourly teams to uphold safety standards, ensure timely delivery, maintain cost efficiency, guarantee quality, and enhance team morale.

    - Cultivating team leaders to adhere to corporate guidelines while streamlining material delivery processes to boost productivity and reduce costs through World Class Manufacturing methodologies.

    - Ensuring precise inventory management and nurturing positive interactions with both management and union personnel.

    - Overseeing several work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume unionized manufacturing environment.

    - Coordinating daily operational activities to achieve business objectives and implementing World Class Manufacturing tools to optimize material flow.

    - Supervising the formation of effective work teams and applying Leadership Principles to foster a productive work environment.
  • Qualifications:
    Must be available for all shifts; local candidates preferred.

    Essential Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Ability to troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues.
    • Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in Excel and Outlook applications.
    • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
    • Detail-focused with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
    • Proven track record as a dedicated team player with a robust work ethic.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
    • Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
    • Familiarity with logistics warehouse operations.
    • Prior management experience is advantageous.
