Job Overview

Position Summary: Aeronix Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking a proactive leader in Information Systems to drive our technological growth. The Information Systems Head will be accountable for the architecture, development, execution, and upkeep of our information systems framework. Primary Duties:

  • Formulate and execute an information systems strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of information systems initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and quality benchmarks.
  • Pinpoint areas for process enhancements and efficiency improvements through technology, automation, and innovative solutions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders throughout the organization to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Assess and propose new technologies and systems to bolster the company’s competitive position and facilitate future growth.
  • Build and sustain robust relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers to guarantee timely delivery of solutions and support services.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to guide decision-making and promote ongoing improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of organizational data.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in information systems leadership or a comparable role, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Extensive technical knowledge across various IT domains, including but not limited to network infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and collaboration tools.
  • Outstanding analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with industry standards in government contracting.
