I am working with an organization in the area looking to hire a Senior HR Generalist.

This position is in office 5 days a week.

This organization has been around for almost 70 years and are very stable and financially sound. This Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for data management, benefits administration, talent acquisition, HR-related projects, collaborating with department heads and maintaining confidentially. They are looking for a strategic thinker, someone with great attention to detail and dedication to fostering a positive work environment.

Some of the main responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition including sourcing candidates, meeting recruitment targets, following up with internal hiring managers on success of candidates placed and for their feedback and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Data Management including auditing and updating employee records, providing HR reports and metrics, identifying trends, ensuring compliance and assisting with implementing process improvements and systems
  • HR related projects including participating in diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, receiving feedback from employees and management on the impact of HR initiatives on employee engagement, and development, and contributing to the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Administration including managing and administering employee benefit programs, responding promptly to employees' benefits-related inquiries and issues, and monitoring satisfaction with benefits through surveys and feedback to achieve high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Strong background with compliance, onboarding, benefits administration and HRIS experience
