Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all patients, as per prescriptions.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for generating a detailed report of findings within one week following the assessment and will forward this report to the designated clinic representative.

Additionally, the Physical Therapist will create tailored physical therapy treatment plans and facilitate therapy sessions as necessary. The Physical Therapist will also assist in the completion of relevant documentation associated with physical therapy evaluations and treatments, as appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children with developmental disabilities and/or special needs is highly desirable.

Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical capability to walk, stand, and stoop for extended periods each day.
  • Willingness and ability to sit on the floor and rise without assistance.
