Pediatric Rehabilitation Assistant

The Pediatric Rehabilitation Assistant (PRA) will facilitate therapy sessions as directed, under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
The PRA will also assist in the completion of relevant documentation associated with physical therapy services.QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited institution.
- A valid Arkansas license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Active membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Preferred experience of at least one year working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children with developmental challenges and/or special needs.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Physical capability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods each day.
- Willingness and ability to sit on the floor and rise without assistance.
Kids for the Future pediatric day centers provide a comprehensive range of services for children, from approximately 6 months to Kindergarten, focusing on developmental delays.
