Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for all patients as required.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for generating a detailed report of findings within one week of assessment completion and will forward this report to the designated clinic representative.

The Physical Therapist will also create tailored physical therapy treatment strategies and facilitate therapy sessions as necessary. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will aid in the completion of relevant documentation associated with physical therapy assessments and treatments, as appropriate.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Arkansas license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association is preferred.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children with developmental challenges and/or special needs is advantageous.

Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Physical capability to walk, stand, and stoop for extended periods each day.
  • Willingness and ability to sit on the floor and rise without assistance.
